Torrent download stops at 99 percent [2020]

3 Sep 2015 I don't know whether my solution will work for you or not but give it a try. I was downloading GTA IV for PC (14 GB). It has been 4 days since I started Hi, I have a torrent that I want to cross-seeding from my PC to the tracker , but when I download the torrent from the tracker and check it to see it it gets stuck in I didnt bother when the first torrent got stuck, but now 5 of them are in similar state.
